DHS Proposes Permanent $100,000 Fee for H-1B Cap-Subject Petitions
The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that would establish a new $103,265 filing fee for all H-1B cap-subject petitions, including petitions eligible for the advanced degree exemption. The proposed fee would be imposed in addition to all existing H-1B filing fees and would be payable at the time of filing. Read more.
