The Italian government introduced changes to its immigration law, allowing foreign nationals to begin working before signing permission to stay contract. As a result, foreign nationals are now permitted to start working as soon as the work permit (Nulla Osta) is issued and any additional entry visas are obtained. These measures will apply to all foreign national employees from countries located outside of the European Union.
What are the Changes?
