The government of Italy approved its subordinate and seasonal worker immigration quotas for the next three years on September 27, 2023. As a result, the government approved a total admittance of 450,000 foreign national workers from 2023 until 2025. Some quotas will remain reserved for certain nationalities. The quota each year will be divided as follows:
- 136,000 foreign nationals for 2023
- 151,000 foreign nationals for 2024
- 165,000 foreign nationals for 2025
