- The deadline to apply for Settlement in the UK is June 30, 2021, and the applicant must have been living in the UK before Dec. 31, 2020
- Family members can apply as well
- Applications require valid documents to prove identity and proof of residence in the UK

- Successful applications will receive either settled or pre-settled status, depending on how long the applicant has been living in the UK at the time of the application
