State Department Publishes Final Rule Amending the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program
The US Department of State (DOS) has published a final rule to strengthen vetting and reduce fraud in the immigrant Diversity Visa (DV) Program. The rule introduces new documentation requirements, clarifies eligibility standards, and formalizes integrity measures first proposed in earlier rulemaking. Court Stays Block TPS Terminations for South Sudan, Syria, Ethiopia, and Burma
The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) previously announced the termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designations for South Sudan, Syria, Ethiopia, and Burma.
