On August 5, 2024, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it completed the second round of random selections for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 H-1B cap season.
The second selection applied only to regular H-1B cap-subject petitions, not the master’s cap.
USCIS has notified all prospective petitioners with selected registrations that they can file an H-1B cap-subject petition for the beneficiary identified in the selected registration.
