The government of Aruba will increase the minimum wage for employees 18 years or older to Aruban Florin (AWG) 1.986,20 per month and AWG 463,25 per week beginning January 1, 2024. The minimum wage will be AWG 926,65 per month for a domestic worker performing labor in a private residence and AWG 10,30 per hour for a domestic worker laboring 22 hours or less per week. As of January 1, 2024, the new income limit will be AWG 4.965,50 per month (the minimum wage is AWG 1.986,20 x factor 2.5).
