- China will lift COVID-19 pre-arrival testing requirements beginning August 30, 2023
Beginning on August 30, 2023, the government of China will no longer require inbound travelers to undergo a pre-arrival COVID-19 test. As a result, travelers will be permitted to enter the country under regular entry procedures. Travelers should ensure they hold the appropriate travel documents before departing for Mainland China.
