The government of Denmark will introduce new minimum income requirements for all residence and work permit applications submitted from October 1, 2023. Any applicants who apply for a residence and work permit between August 1, 2023, and September 30, 2023, will be evaluated by the income requirements of the first quarter of 2023.

The Danish government will increase the country’s minimum income requirements for all residence and work permit applicants beginning October 1, 2023.
