On July 1, 2023, the government of Denmark published new Positive Lists for higher education and skilled work. The new Positive List for people with higher education includes 30 job titles, and 36 job titles are retained on the Positive List for skilled labor.
The list of people with higher education degrees will remain valid until June 30, 2025. The index for skilled workers will remain valid until December 31, 2023. Both lists with specific job titles can be found here.
