What are the Changes?
As of May 15, 2023, Denmark requires companies to provide municipal documentation when hiring a foreign national employee under the Fast Track scheme. According to the government, these measures will ensure that approved companies employ foreign nationals.
The government will require this documentation in the future, regardless of whether the application is submitted via the Fast Track Scheme or the ordinary work scheme.
