The State Department’s September 2020 Visa Bulletin brings some advancement to India and China EB-1, while EB-2 and EB-3 remain unchanged.

In September, China EB-1 and India EB-1 will move ahead three weeks to March 1, 2018. All other countries will remain current for EB-1. For EB-2, China will stay unchanged at January 15, 2016. India will also remain unchanged at July 8, 2009. All other countries will stay current for EB-2. For EB-3, China will remain the same at February 15, 2017. India EB-3 will also remain unchanged at October 1, 2009. The cutoff dates for all other countries in EB-3 will still be April 1, 2019.
