What are the Changes?

The government of Estonia introduced a new portal for employers to submit posted worker notifications for their foreign national employees.

Previously, employees posted to Estonia had to register by filling in a registration form found on the website of the Labour Inspectorate and forwarding it to the Labour Inspectorate by email. The government announced that the new process is more straightforward and user-friendly.
