Overview
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE), Ireland, will no longer be responsible for accepting Stamp 4 Support Letters beginning November 30, 2023. Instead, these documents must be submitted to the Department of Justice (Immigration Service Delivery).
All applications received by DETE before November 30, 2023, will continue to be processed. Applications for renewal of permission can be submitted up to 12 weeks before the expiry of the current Immigration Registration Permit to allow sufficient time for processing.
