Overview

The Israeli government introduced a three-month extension period for work permits held by foreign nationals working in domestic nursing, the hotel and hospitality sector, and the agriculture sector. As a result, permits due to expire by October 7, 2023, will remain valid until January 7, 2024.

The government of Israel also introduced an extension period for all non-work visa categories, including residence permits, that are due to expire within the next three months. As a result, these visas will remain valid until February 8, 2024.
