The Instituto Nacional de Migracion (INM) office closures in the State of Mexico and Mexico City will be extended through February 1, 2021.

The INM office closures will remain in effect through January 2021 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The offices were originally closed from December 25, 2020 through January 4, 2021 because of the holidays. The closure was initially extended through January 10, 2021 because of COVID-19 concerns. The office closure will now be extended for a third time.
