By April 28, 2023, the Russian government mandated employers submit salary notification reports for Highly Qualified Specialists (HQS) for the first quarter of 2023.
Notifications must be shared with the Ministry of Internal Affairs in person or via post delivery within 30 days of each quarter’s end. The reported salary must be at least RUB 167,000 per month or RUB 501,000 per quarter.
