The government of Saudi Arabia will begin to require Indian nationals to submit biometrics as part of the work visa process beginning January 31, 2024. Previously, these measures were scheduled to take effect on January 22, 2024.
Other Saudi consular offices throughout India and the globe are expected to implement similar requirements in the coming weeks. Due to these changes, delays in visa processing timelines are expected.
