The government of South Korea will increase the country’s Gross National Income (GNI) per capita beginning July 1, 2024. The new GNI of KRW 44,051,000 will remain in place until March 31, 2025. Currently, the GNI per capita is KRW 42,490,000. The GNI is used for eligibility for specific visa categories in the country.
