The Department of State (DOS) has released the April 2022 Visa Bulletin, which will use the Dates for Filing chart for employment-based categories.
What are the Changes?
In April 2022, no changes will occur to employment-based categories in the Dates for Filing chart except for India EB-2.
EB-1
Using the Dates for Filing chart, all countries will stay current.
EB-2
All countries will remain unchanged from the March 2022 Visa Bulletin in the Dates for Filing chart except for India, which will advance 12 months to September 1, 2014.
EB-3
Under the Dates for Filing chart, there will be no changes from the March 2022 Visa Bulletin for any country.
