The Department of State (DOS) has released the March 2022 Visa Bulletin, which will use the Dates for Filing chart for employment-based categories.

What are the Changes?

In March 2022, no changes will occur to employment-based categories in the Dates for Filing chart.

EB-1
Using the Dates for Filing chart, all countries will stay current.

EB-2
All countries will remain unchanged from the February 2022 Visa Bulletin in the Dates for Filing chart.

EB-3
Under the Dates for Filing chart, there will be no changes from the February 2022 Visa Bulletin for any country.
