Overview

The Department of State (DOS) has released the February 2022 Visa Bulletin, which will use the Dates for Filing chart for employment-based categories.

What are the Changes?

In February 2022, minor changes will occur to employment-based categories with the Dates for Filing chart:

EB-1
All countries will stay current and unchanged using the Dates for Filing chart.

EB-2
Using the Dates for Filing chart, all countries will remain unchanged from the January 2022 Visa Bulletin except for India, which will advance one month and 24 days.

EB-3
In the Dates for Filing chart, there will be no changes from the January 2022 Visa Bulletin for all countries, including India and China.
