Overview

The Department of State (DOS) has released the July 2022 Visa Bulletin. USCIS will use the Final Action Dates chart for employment-based categories. The updates below reflect changes in employment-based (EB) categories.

What are the Changes?

In July 2022, China and India EB-2 will see some advancement in the Final Action Dates chart. All other EB categories will remain unchanged from the June 2022 Visa Bulletin.

EB-1

All countries will remain unchanged from the June 2022 Visa Bulletin.

EB-2

Mainland China will move ahead one month to April 1, 2019. India will move ahead three months to December 1, 2014.

All other countries will remain unchanged from the June 2022 Visa Bulletin.

EB-3

All countries will remain unchanged from the June 2022 Visa Bulletin.
