Overview
The Department of State (DOS) has released the July 2024 Visa Bulletin. USCIS will use the Final Action Dates chart again in July for employment-based categories. The updates below reflect changes in employment-based categories compared to the previous month.
What are the Changes?
Most employment-based categories will advance from the June 2024 Visa Bulletin in July 2024. The exception is EB-3, which will see retrogression in most countries instead.
EB-1
- China will move ahead two months to November 1, 2022
- India will move ahead 11 months to February 1, 2022
- All other countries will stay current
EB-2
- China will move ahead by one month to March 1, 2020
- India will move ahead by two months to June 15, 2012
- All other countries will advance by two months to March 15, 2023
EB-3
- China will remain the same
- India will move ahead by one month to September 22, 2012
- All other countries will retrogress by nearly one year to December 1, 2021
