Overview
The Department of State (DOS) has released the June 2022 Visa Bulletin. USCIS will use either the Dates for Filing chart or the Final Action Dates chart for employment-based and family-based categories. The updates below reflect changes in employment-based categories.
What are the Changes?
In June 2022, the India EB-2 category will see significant advancement following the Final Action Dates chart. The EB-1 and EB-3 categories will remain unchanged from the May 2022 Visa Bulletin in the Final Action Dates and Dates for Filing charts for all countries.
EB-1
All countries will remain unchanged from the May 2022 Visa Bulletin in both charts.
EB-2
India EB-2 will move ahead by one year to September 1, 2014, following the Final Action Dates chart. All other countries will remain unchanged from the May 2022 Visa Bulletin in both charts.
EB-3
There are no changes with either chart from the May 2022 Visa Bulletin.
