Overview
The Department of State (DOS) has released the May 2024 Visa Bulletin. As with last month, USCIS will use the Final Action Dates chart again in May for employment-based categories. The updates below reflect changes in employment-based categories compared to the previous month.
What are the Changes?
In May 2024, there is no change to employment-based categories from the April 2024 Visa Bulletin.
