Overview

The Department of State (DOS) has released the September 2024 Visa Bulletin. USCIS will use the Final Action Dates chart again in September for employment-based categories. The updates below reflect changes in employment-based categories compared to the previous month.

What are the Changes?

In September 2024, EB-1 and EB-2 will remain unchanged from the August 2024 Visa Bulletin. EB-3 will see some retrogression.

EB-1
All countries will stay the same

EB-2
All countries will stay the same

EB-3
India and China will stay the same
All other countries will retrogress nearly one year to December 1, 2020
