The US Department of Labor (DOL) has released its monthly processing time updates for permanent labor certification (PERM) applications.

What are the Changes?

PERM processing times were slightly longer in December 2022 compared to the previous month. By the end of December, average PERM processing times were 255 days for adjudication, and the average processing time for audit review was 356 days.
