Overview
The Department of State (DOS) has released the September 2023 Visa Bulletin (VB). USCIS will use the Final Action Dates chart for employment-based categories. The updates below reflect changes in employment-based categories.
What are the Changes?
There are no significant to the employment-based categories below from the August 2023 Visa Bulletin in September. Minimal changes will occur in EB-2 and EB-3.
EB-1
There are no significant changes in September 2023.
EB-2
China and India will stay the same. All other countries will move ahead three months to July 1, 2022.
EB-3
China will move forward three months to September 1, 2019. All other countries will stay the same.
