Key Points

  • Fully vaccinated travelers will no longer be required to undergo COVID-19 testing before travel

Overview

The government of Fiji announced that fully vaccinated travelers would no longer be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken before arrival, beginning May 1, 2022.

Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers must undergo a PCR or rapid antigen test before traveling to Fiji.

All travelers entering the country will still be required to undergo a rapid antigen test within 48 to 72 hours of arrival. Travelers can make appointments for a rapid antigen test here. For additional information, check here.

What are the Changes?

According to the government, this will reduce costs and create more convenient travel options for fully vaccinated travelers.
