The government of Ireland updated its guidance for beneficiaries of temporary protections for those seeking to travel abroad. As a result, foreign nationals holding a valid Temporary Protection Certificate (“yellow paper”) will not be required to apply for a new certificate when exiting or entering the country. However, the government stated that visa-required nationals must still obtain a visa before entry.
