Overview of Salary Requirement Changes
The government of Luxembourg has recently adjusted the minimum salary requirements for EU Blue Card holders. These changes, outlined in the Ministerial regulation of March 15, 2024, will come into effect on March 24, 2024.
- Regular Occupations: EUR 88,452 per year
- Shortage Occupations: EUR 70,762 per year
Existing EU Blue Card Holders will only be impacted upon card renewal. The updated salary requirements must be met for renewals after March 24, 2024.
