Overview
The government of Poland suspended the Business Harbor Program (Business Harbour Programme) until further notice. The Program will remain closed until proper verification of beneficiary companies and foreign nationals can be guaranteed.
The Program was created in 2020 to encourage IT professionals and companies to establish themselves in Poland.
The government will continue to allow IT specialists to apply under regular work visa pathways in Poland. In addition, the government aims to streamline visa procedures for individuals in specific high-demand business sectors in Poland.
