The United Kingdom (UK) government will increase the country’s national minimum and living wage by 9.8% on April 1, 2024. This will increase to £11.44 an hour for eligible workers aged 21 and over across the UK. The apprentice rate will also increase by 21.2% to a total of £6.40.
