The Department of State (DOS) has released the June 2024 Visa Bulletin. USCIS will use the Final Action Dates chart again in June for employment-based categories. The updates below reflect changes in employment-based categories compared to the previous month.
What are the Changes?
In June 2024, there is minimal change to employment-based categories from the May 2024 Visa Bulletin.
EB-1
There are no changes from May 2024.
EB-2
There are no changes from May 2024.
EB-3
India will advance one week to August 22, 2012. All other countries will remain unchanged from May 2024.
