Overview
The Department of State (DOS) has released the November 2023 Visa Bulletin (VB). As with October 2023, USCIS will use the Dates for Filing chart for employment-based categories.
What are the Changes?
There are no changes to employment-based categories in November from the October 2023 Visa Bulletin, which also used the Dates for Filing chart.
EB-1
There is no change for EB-1 in November.
EB-2
No changes will occur in November.
EB-3
EB-3 will also remain unchanged in November.
