New Entry Rules:
Nationals from certain countries are now prohibited from entering Bermuda unless they meet one of the following conditions:
- Valid Travel Authorization: Possession of valid travel authorization to enter and re-enter Canada, the United Kingdom, or the United States, which must remain valid for at least 45 days beyond the individual’s intended departure from Bermuda.
- Government-Issued Letter: Presentation of a current letter issued by the Government of Bermuda confirming that the individual is either the spouse of a Bermudian or belongs to Bermuda under section 11(5) of the Bermuda Constitution Order 1968.
Changes to Visa Requirements:
- Removed from Visa Requirement List: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates are no longer on the list of countries whose nationals require entry visas to Bermuda.
