The government of the Netherlands will cease the issuance of investor residence permits beginning January 1, 2024. Current residence permits issued to investors will remain valid until their original expiration date. Extensions will not be allowed under this pathway.
What are the Changes?
The Dutch government will close its residence permit pathway for investors beginning in 2024. This pathway was initially introduced as part of the government’s efforts to grow the county’s economy.
