The government of Russia introduced new visa and work permit application forms and procedure processes for foreign nationals applying under the Highly Qualified Specialist (HQS) pathway on January 1, 2024. As a result, applicants will be able to submit the following documents electronically:
Termination notices, quarterly salary notifications and electronic signatures, work permit applications, renewal forms, and work application amendments.
